Shipping policy

All wall bed orders ship from our distribution center located in Arizona via freight trucking.  In order to save on shipping costs and reduce our carbon footprint, customer orders are consolidated and shipped out every Friday.  Delivery time averages 2-4 weeks depending on customer location and shipping company availability.  Customers will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment, and must be present to accept delivery.

All orders are shipped "Over the Threshold" and will be brought into your home into the first available room in your home.

Mattresses and bedding accessories ship via UPS or FEDEX and average 7-10 day delivery.
