Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the box and not previously installed, or attempted installation. Buyer pays return shipping of unopened boxes.  We cannot ship open boxes back to the warehouse, those will be sent to the landfill at the buyer's expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on when a delivery company can pick up your boxes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, used wall beds or used mattresses, or previously used bedding.  Please contact us if you need help with your item or have warranty questions.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.  If we determine you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your original purchase and you can purchase an alternate item.

Refunds
If your purchase is deemed eligible for a refund please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
